Meek Mill at Xfinity Theatre

A teenage battle rapper, Philadelphia-based emcee Meek Mill's big break came in 2008 when he caught the attention of Atlanta-based rapper T.I. with Flamers 2: Hottest In Tha City, his fourth studio mixtape. Mill was signed to T.I.'s label Grand Hustle Records that year, and went on to release four mixtapes with the label. In 2011, he signed a deal with Rick Ross's Maybach Music Group (MMG) and released his debut studio album, Dreams and Nightmares, in 2012, which debuted at number 2 on the Billboard 200. That same year, Mill started his own label imprint, Dream Chasers Records, and has since released three studio albums on the label, his most recent being Championships (2018). A regular collaborator with his MMG labelmates, Mill is known for his appearances on MMG's Self Made compilation series, which launched the singles "Tupac Back" and "Ima Boss".
